There is so much to sort out when setting up a new business from scratch. One of the most important elements is the telephone system which initially you would think is quite straight forward but in fact isn’t. The more you think about how the system works and what you require from it then the more confusing it becomes and then you realise you need an expert to sort it for you. This is when we contacted Paul at Claro. He knows his business inside out. You realise when you talk to him that he has unsurpassed knowledge of his field and a huge amount of experience. You are dealing with a true professional who says it as it is, is very good at what he does and really knows what he is talking about. At this point you know you are in the right hands and have 100% confidence in his ability to provide what you need. The phone system is just right for us and we are very grateful to Paul and his team for this.. .But one of the main reasons we used Claro Communications was the fact that Paul is a really great guy.

Claro are miracle workers!
Changing our office address proved a nightmare when it came to porting our telephone numbers. We have a really memorable landline number and a free phone number that have been with us since our business started trading back in 2001. Even though the new address was just a few streets away from the old one, the new address was serviced by a different exchange. BT couldn’t port our numbers to the new address. In fact every provider I tried couldn’t do it for one reason or another and I was losing hope.
Then Claro came into the equation, I asked if it could be done and they were definitely the most positive and were almost 100% certain it could be done. I put my faith in them and I’m glad I did. The new line was installed and within a couple of hours, both of our numbers were ported across! Even when I emailed a request to add caller ID and call waiting, less than an hour later, bingo, the features were there, working!
Over the years I have dealt with various companies and I must say that Claro have been the most efficient, conscientious and caring company I have ever dealt with. Their staff have been attentive and kept me informed throughout every stage of the process of the line change. Having experienced many people at BT all telling me different things and wasting valuable time, Claro have always provided what they said they would and at the time they said they would. I was expecting difficulties, if BT couldn’t do it, how could Claro? There were none, it was the smoothest and stress free line change I could have hoped for.
